Step 3: Brainstorming Options
Enrollment requires a LawHub Advantage purchase
About the course
This course is the fourth in the series and teaches learners how to expand beyond narrow, either-or thinking by generating a range of possible solutions before making a decision. Through a relatable scheduling conflict scenario, learners explore how pressure can limit perspective and lead to rushed or incomplete choices-and how intentional brainstorming can reopen possibilities and reduce that pressure.
Learners practice creative, inclusive, and ethical brainstorming techniques, including thinking beyond obvious options, recognizing false tradeoffs, and ensuring solutions align with real-world constraints and responsibilities. By the end of the course, learners will be better equipped to create a strong set of thoughtful options, enabling clearer, more confident, and more effective decision-making.
